Last week Chef Matt Poley of Heirloom LA teamed up with local farmer, Phil McGrath for an incredible seasonal cooking demonstration at the Yamashiro Farmers Market. In this hands-on demo, we learned how to turn locally grown, seasonal ingredients into this delicious Italian salad.
